Your mission
Healios is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager to join our Product team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide the development and execution of our Clinical Platform strategy for our innovative healthcare technology. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements and scope, as well as driving the product development process from concept to launch.
Your profile
  • Leads the design of Healios Platform functionalities (Web App and Mobile App) to ensure relevance vs. target market
  • Leads the design of smart functionalities to optimize patient adoption and retention
  • Act as a “product champion” internally, to build awareness and understanding, and serves as an internal voice for the customer
  • Ensures the accuracy of the data for optimal cohort management
  • Plans and oversees the execution of the Major Release Cycles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Commercial, Medical, ..) to define and prioritize product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue goals and position products for future growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

  • Responsible for Product Planning and feature roadmap
  • Formulate and define the scope and objectives of Major and Minor releases
  • Managing Product throughout the system development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Gathers and documents product requirements
  • Product position in the market, considering the competition.
  • Work with the Operations, Commercial, Data Science and Quality departments to develop and maintain a product roadmap.
  • Coordinate with Quality & Compliance and Regulatory Affairs on development and release strategies
  • Work with the Software Delivery department to quantify the impact of roadmap reprioritization when priorities or market dynamics shift and make recommendations on the course of action.
  • Translate into appropriate specification documents and lead the delivery process for new products.
  • Work with the software development team to ensure the best technical solutions are chosen and implemented.
  • Monitor the performance of each release and communicate the status/progress to the Management Team.
  • Responsible for Post Market activities of Medical Devices.
  • Analyze and respond to requests for changes from originally developed specifications.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into the product roadmap and approach to bring to market
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to develop the roadmap and coordinate technology choices
  • Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager or B2B UX designer for a technology product
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field or equivalent experience (will consider other degrees depending on relevant experience)
  • English certificate (B2 or C1)
  • Additional qualifications in healthcare-related topics (Msc, MBA).

  • Success in defining and launching excellent software (medical) products into the (health) marketplace
  • Experience developing and documenting product requirement documents, user stories and user experience workflows
  • Experience in a healthcare environment.

  • Understands the regulatory process for filing new product
  • Understands software-development-related processes
  • Appreciates the diversity of working across multiple cultures and countries.
  • Understands the Life Sciences industry, especially research & development of new drug treatment or medical devices.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Knows how to prioritise under stressful situations with scheduling limitations and conflicts
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Technical aptitude, business sense, marketing sense, analytical ability and the capacity for synthesizing disparate information into actionable plans.
  • Ability to communicate to executive stakeholders and communicate ideas and concepts in layman's terms.
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining focus on business goals.
